Good point.

I see run groups on Wednesdays and Sundays that run the same route over and over again.  

Run leaders need to make sure they mix the run up for variety in order to prevent boring the runner.

If run leaders insist on doing the same run loop over and over again.  Just switch sides of the street that you run on.  

Just a quick tip to help.
