I hope you enjoyed the email yesterday about Eric. After chatting with Eric at the bar that night, I set up a time to do a video Skype interview with him about ab training. Eric is in Miami and I am in Tampa Bay at that time but we were able to find time in our busy schedules to do a quick interview video about the type of ab training that Eric does.
