#1 – High Plank Walk – Out

Begin in a straight arm plank position. Walk-out one hand, following with the other hand, then walk back one hand, following with the other hand. Repeat the movement.

#2 – Shoulder Touch

Begin in a straight arm plank position. Lift one arm and touch it with the opposite shoulder, bring it down and repeat the movement to the opposite arm.

#3 – Bird Dog

Lie on your back on the floor, lifting both legs and arms. Bring down one arm as you bring down the opposite leg. Return back to start position and repeat the movement on the opposite side.

#4 – Glider Pike

Begin in a straight arm plank position. Slowly glide your legs up, bring them down and repeat the movement.

#5 – Assisted Elevated Ab Wheel Roll – Out

Begin in a straight arm plank position, with the ab wheel on hands. Slowly roll the wheel up, return back to start position and repeat the movement.

#6 – Elevated Ab Wheel Roll-Out

Begin in a straight arm plank position in an elevated area, with the ab wheel on hands. Slowly roll the wheel up, return back to start position and repeat the movement.

#7 – Dragon Fly

Lie on your back on a table, with your hands overhead holding at the table for support. Lift your legs and bend your lower body as much as you can, return back to start position and repeat the movement.
