 Nice video on assessment techniques for hip internal ration and differentiating between capsular and muscular.  Fascial Stretch Therapy     helps to open the fascia from the joint capsule out. 

I find of a lot of clients who are 40 years or older have poor hip capsule mobility.

Looking forward to seeing what you have in store for 2010.
