In today’s video, I wanted to go through the best exercise to fix rounded shoulders posture.

This exercise is called Reach and Pull Back exercise.
Alex is reaching forward, rounding through the shoulders and dropping the head and then she will reverse that rounded shoulders. She is sitting nice and upright. She is reaching forward and then pulling back in good alignment with the shoulders and the elbows then bringing the hands out.
You have to do a couple of repetitions starting from 5 reps. You are going through smooth controlled movement with the exercise and hold that end position for about 5 seconds.
