I’m a type-2 diabetic male aged 84. Have gone from !72 pounds down to 152 during the last three months an effort to get control of my diabetes and also lose my pot-belly. My waist is now down to my final belt hole.I really don’t want to lose any more weight. (I did reach 149# but that was too much for me.) How can I get rid of that darn belly bulge and obviously loose skin hanging around?
