In my practice I see a lot of rotator cuff injuries and postural distortions
leading to neck and shoulder pain and dysfunction.
I think this program would help my practice

Thanks

Rick,

I've had low back pain for years. The small amount that I have read and the couple exercises I am testing seem to be helping me. I can't believe it. What a break!

I will check your blog for more information.

Thank you,
Dana

I've been working with a lot of post-MVA and WCB cases in which patients suffer from a spectrum of gleno-humeral or scapular injuries, ranging from impingement syndrome to weak rotator cuff muscules to poor posture. A good rotator cuff exercise program would be very beneficial, and would definitely aid in treating my clients effectively.

Rotator cuff Exercise program

Would be beneficial to not only myself but my Yoga students. I have many students

All ages, and at least one person in the room each class has a Rotator cuff injury, or has had.

I’m a Yoga teacher with many past injury to my shoulder from a past life of competitive fast ball as a pitcher.

My Clavicle bone pops out and I must keep my shoulder as stable as possible to avoid injury. I suffer from

Carpel tunnel syndrome, and loose feeling in my arm frequently. Weights seem to aggravate my shoulder even

More. It wasn’t until I got deep in my yoga that I regained movement in my shoulder, and reduced my pain.

A solid program would help me immensely on a day to day basis, as well as help me become more knowledgeable

In order to safely guide and educate all of my regular students as well as my private Therapeutic clientele.

Many thanks

The Effective Rotator Cuff Exercise Program would be a great resource for the clients I treat. There is such a variety of exercises available and I would like to know which ones truly are effective and help my clients to achieve their goals.

Hey Rick,

Great job on putting together this program. Rotator cuff injuries are one of the most common I see, especially with the recreational athlete population. Just a couple of weeks ago a chiropractor referred a new client to me and she has rotator cuff issues. Having a handy resource to refer to when designing a program would be invaluable and a real time-saver. I know the information in it would be top-notch given your education and experience.

Thanks!

With so many shoulder, upper trap and neck pain clients. It would be nice to identify true rotator cuff injuries and learn proper ways of assessing true rotator cuff injuries and rehabilitation techniques and prevent re-injury.

This is much needed in our field.

I recently purchased Rick's great "Scapular Stabilization Exercise Program" and I feel that the Effective Rotator Cuff Program will give me the complete knowledge for developing a safe exercise prescription for my clients with Rotator Cuff problems. I love to learn but most importantly I do not want to cause harm.

Many of my clients are seniors and people with disabilities such as MS. Some of them come to me with shoulder problems not knowing that they have had an injury in the past. Rotator cuff injuries are common but not always recognized or treated soon enough. When left untreated, injuries often end up as frozen shoulder and require physiotherapy. After therapy clients need to follow up with an ongoing exercise program. I have taken a post rehab course but it only brushed the surface of a shoulder rehab program. I know that many of my clients would benefit from a professional program such as the one Rick has designed. Thank you Rick for creating this program! Sally

I was fortunate enough to listen to Ricks presentation on exercises to help create an injury free running program. As a cycling and triathlon coach who also works in a PT facility I found the program that Rick presented extremely helpful. I have implemented it with a few of my running clients already and am seeing good results.
I am excited to see what Rick has come up with for the Rotator cuff. Rick seams to have a great grasp on what is needed to make a program successful as well as easy to implement. I have a multitude of swimmers that I am sure will benefit from Ricks rotator cuff program as well as patients in the pt facility.
looking forward to it!
