Rick,

WoW, thanks.

Here we go.

“Why Muscle Imbalances Revealed would be the perfect resource to finally help you with your clients with injuries, fitness plateaus and prevent injuries?”

As a fitness professional that works in a community centre, I see all kinds of people when I am doing gym orientation, group classes and personal training. Everyone in those groups has some old injury and many times it is the thing that is holding them back from an active and fit life. Muscle Imbalances Revealed be an easy and convenient way of helping me better asses, understand and help my clients with their injuries.

Plus I love the fact that I can watch the videos on my computer plus earn continuing credits.

Michelle,

Thank you so much.

I had worked in a community centre as well. It is amazing the injuries that come into the centre.

I use to focus on strength but I discovered that I needed to focus on muscle imbalances to help them reach their fitness goals.

Muscle Imbalance Revealed (MIR) has the convenience of watching over the internet, on your DVD player and earning CECs.

I know you will learn a lot of new information. I learn a lot of new things from Mike Robertson and Bill Hartman’s presentations.

Rick, this is a fantastic offer.

Muscle Imbalances Revealed would be the perfect resource for me and my clients because it is comprehensive in its scope and addresses all possible concerns that a client could be faced with, which would prove to be an invaluable tool for the fitness professional. Besides, no one could ever go wrong with an excellent program from Rick Kaselj!

It is for these reasons that a muscle imbalance program would be of great help to me and my clients.

How’s that for a submission?

hey, rick!

this looks like a great program! i’m a martial arts instructor, and many students (including myself) have had to stop training due to injuries, both from the martial arts and from other activities.

your program will help both me and my students know how to prevent injuries as well as recover faster from pre-existing or new injuries so they can go back to training (or other activities) faster. also, this can help me design and modify programs for people to train around injuries.

thanks for putting this together!

Yes, MIR will help with preventing injuries. Muscle imbalances are important to address in order to prevent injuries.

MIR is all new stuff thats why I know is important to have it in my library, not to cause a new injury or delay old ones.

As I work in a physiotherapy clinic, I deal with clients that are already injured. The muscle imbalances package would be most beneficial to me because the majority of injuries are caused from muscle imbalances and it would help me to help my patients much better to achieve a less painful life. Just as others have stated I have a few patients at the moment that are frustrated with their recovery as they have plateaued. The package would help me get my patients over their flat line in their recovery.

Also, I live in Ontario so access to your courses is only through webinars and your blog. It would be great to have this as a resource.

Thanks for the continued bank of knowledge. It definately helps me on a daily basis.

Cheers,
Jennifer

Muscle imbalances revealed would be the perfect resource for me and my clients as I run a local bootcamp company, and it would aid me in my knowledge of preventing any injuries before they occur. I know strength and conditioning, but am less knowledgable in areas of your expertise. With this knowledge I will be more efficient at gauging muscle imbalances of my clients in busy bootcamp classes, and supplement specific exercises to further add value to my clients. This will afford me to give an even greater group personal training experience. After all prevention of injury is of paramount importance to me and my clients as they will be able to achieve their fat loss goals without the nagging occurence of any injuries slowing them down. With this knowledge as part of my arsenal, I can help a greater amount of people in the lower mainland meet their health and fitness goals!!!!

Muscle Imbalances Revealed would be the perfect resource to finally help me with my clients with injuries, fitness plateaus and prevent injuries as for years we have been enclosed by old, self limiting paradigms of weakness, flexibility and exercise (especially here in the UK).
As a fitness professional I want to be the best trainer that I can be, and yet my clients don’t always get the results that I, and they, want or expect.
We haven’t been asking WHY our clients are hurting. WHY they are cancelling because they in pain. WHY they can only hit the gym once a fortnight as their knee doesn’t feel right (yet they can extend 60kg and squat forever as they are super compensators, right?). WHY they are not getting results even though we deliver the absolute best, most effective training sessions. I now realise it isn’t all about what we do during the 0.5% of their weekly life, it is what they can do in the rest of that time because of how we trained them. If we remove their pain and they can now train 4 times a week instead of once, isn’t that THE single most important session they can have?
Without a knowledge of muscular imbalance we cannot help them move in a pain free environment, and I want a piece of that pie. Right here, right now.
I want a message that can resonate around the world, changing our thought processes, those of our clients and, most importantly, those of our future clients, their friends, their friends friends, and their friends too.
Muscle Imbalances Revealed can give me that message

I work exclusively with clients that have injuries due to an MVA. As a result of this they have developed many compensatory imbalances. Having a resource to help spot and correct these imbalances would be an invaluable tool for me to help my clients regain their pre-accident level of function or even improve upon it.

Very true.

Clients recovering from MVA often times develop compensations which lead to muscle imbalances but I know you already know that.

I love learning and expanding my knowledge to be able to help my clients improving their health and fitness level. Also, I am training for the Jungfrau Marathon in Switzerland and have been dealing with muscular imbalances myself The reveal of the muscular imbalances would help my clients to meet their goals of improved health and fitness and I could use it to run injury free.

Hello Rick,
I believe that “Muscle Imbalances Revealed” will be a great tool for both myself and my clients. First off, I train primarily injured clients. And although I help them out to some degree, sometimes their injuries re-occur (i.e. they come to me with a sore back and I help alleviate that, but then a few months to a year later they end up with sore hips). I believe that closely examining their muscle imbalances will help them to overcome their injuries and help them reach their fitness goals even beyond my expectations. For myself, I have been a long sufferer of sore knees, and I have tried to do everything for them except perhaps identify my own muscle imbalances. I think your set would help me understand muscle imbalances to a much greater degree, and help me add in something that I was lacking before for both my clients and myself.
Thanks Rick,
Fiona

Muscle Imbalances Revealed would be the perfect resource for me. Everybody needs an individualized program tailored to their goals and needs, and this will be the ultimate way to provide that. The vast majority of personal training clients and athletes have previous injuries that still affect them, current injuries, or both. They also tend to have major muscle imbalances that often go undetected. Having a system in place to combat these imbalances would destroy those barriers that have held the clients back in the past and allow for their ideal results.

As somebody who trains a wide spectrum of clients and runs a personal training department, Muscle Imbalances Revealed would provide a system that I could use with all of my trainers. They would greatly benefit from a more structured method of assessing imbalances, then knowing exactly what to do to correct them. This would go a long way in avoiding and rehabbing injuries, building balanced physiques, improving strength ratios, and optimizing movement patterns. I know I would use it to improve my own workouts as well.

Hi Rick,
Muscle Imbalances revealed will help my clients and me in so many ways. I work with an older but active population (I’m 52, myself). I have one 65 year old gentleman that broad jumps over 8 feet!!! I have various tri-atheletes and marathon runners as well as softball players, soccor players and basketball players. Keeping them well and ABLE TO WORK OUT consistently and effectively is a primary concern for all but a very few.
(actually it is for my younger clients also) If they can’t workout, they cant’ perform, and if they are not perfortmance atheletes, they can’t progress if they can’t work out. As for myself, hell I can’t even train someone else effectictively if I can’t move. ‘Muscle-balancing’ or corrective exercise is simply a necessary COMPONENT of training, rather that an entirely different type of training.
Furthermore, for my bodybuilders (and anyone interested in the aesthetic benefits of physical practice, which is pretty much everyone), a balanced body is a much more attractive body than one out of balance). I have told my daughter numerous time (I tell my daughter EVERTHING numerous times) that the first thing I notice about a woman is her posture. Actually I have always had the suspision that’s the case with most of us, but posture often communicates at a subconscious level so that most won’t say that’s the first thing they notice. A balanced body communicates both strength and grace. It also communicates confidence (a very attractive trait to women), but much more than that, a balanced body actually MAKES YOU MORE CONFIDENT. With your body in balance, messages are sent and received by the body without all the ‘static’ and exccessive ‘mental noise” created by muscle imbalances. Since I have begun focusing on balancing my body I have become much more calm and don’t get angry nearly as quickly. If for no other reason than I am not in pain all day. Another benefit my clients really enjoy.
So, my problem is, what I know is effective. but I don’t know much. I read all I can, but “Muscle Imbalances Revealed” would offer a format I could study methodically and therefore get much more out of it than what I am able to glean from reading what ever I happen to find on the web. I have also researched YOU and have developed a trust in you that I don’t automatically have in an individual, certainly not just anyone on the internet that claims to be an ‘expert’. Anyway, I would LOVE to win a copy of your “Muscle Imbalances Revealed” program, for my CLIENTS and ME! Thanks!

Hi Rick,

I’ve been reading/following your work for years and always seem to come away with something insightful, so first off THANK YOU for all of your hard work and dedication to making us all better at what we do.

I’m a kinesiologist and personal trainer operating my business in Whistler, BC. A large percentage of my clientele are middle aged folks who continue to ski, bike, run, etc. at a high level. I’m fortunate to have such a highly motivated client base, but the downside is that many years of these activities have led to significant muscle imbalances. I spend a large portion of my time trying to undo the immobility, instability, and flexibility issues that have been created slowly over the years. I believe that you MIR product can help me improve some of these issues with my clients and help to keep them injury free and enjoying their activities for many years to come.

Thanks!

I always wondered why one of my hips was always tighter than the other, and it wasn’t until I went to a massage therapist that I found out about muscle imbalances. Now I incorporate his stretches along with the back injury stretches like the flying v to help. Also will help my wife with her back soreness, and shoulder soreness. I am also going to have our daughter, a gymnast, use as many of the exercises as possible to help her become balanced.
