Filed Under (Corrective Exercise, Fitness Education, Low Back Pain, Lumbar Fusion Exercises) by Rick Kaselj on 11-06-2010

I have seen a number of bloggers like Eric Cressey and Mike Robertson do random thoughts.

I thought I would give it a go as well.

A lot to times, random throughts are things that come to my mind that may interest you, it could be a quick answer to a question that someone emailed me, announcing an upcoming presentation, etc.

So here we go with the first Random Thoughts.

Enjoy!

Once again this year, I will be presenting at the B.C. Recreation and Parks Association’s BC Fit Conference.

Question about Fitness Education Webinars

I would be very interested in webinars (especially for corrective & post-surgery exercises). My problem is that  I’m often working/training clients during the offered times of the webinars. Would they be available to hear/view/download @ a later time after the broadcast?

Yes, you can download the webinars after they have been presenting.

If you register prior to the webinar and can’t make it.  About two business days later, I will email you the download information in order to download the webinar.

If you missed the webinar, since all of the webinars are recorded, you can try them out and download them at any time.

Testimonial for Lumbar Spinal Fusion Webinar & Exercise Program

Here is a testimonial that I just got for one of my Fitness Education Webinars.  The feedback from the webinars has been amazing!  Have a read:

“I found the Lumbar Spinal Fusion & Exercise webinar very thorough and to the point.

Very specific “do’s and don’ts” on the subject, which is very beneficial and critical for me as a personal trainer and bootcamp instructor.

I also found your webinar very simple to understand. You didn’t try to impress us with your knowledge by throwing in a bunch of $3 medical terms and words.

The information in the webinar confirmed a number of the things that I doing but I also learned a number of new value tips.   I’m always a little leery about training an individual who is cleared from a doctor to participate in exercise post fusion, so this gives me more confidence in doing so.”

Those are a few random thoughts.

I hope you enjoyed them and we will talk to you soon.
