In today’s article, I want to highlight my favorite pieces of content from 2016.

This is a comprehensive video where I shared a lot of simple and practical tips that you can do to relieve chronic hip pain.

The Top 10 Morning Movements to Loosen Up Your Joints is my favorite product from 2016.

Doing these exercises in the morning has really helped me and my clients start each day feeling refreshed and youthful with pain free joints. I was really surprised at how these exercises had been beneficial to so many people.  So, if you wake up with any kind of aches, pains and stiffness then make sure to give these exercises a go!
