I&#039;ve seen so many people perform the lat pulldown a number of ways that will wreck the shoulders over time. 

I&#039;ve also seen people with poor shoulder mobility due to tightness of the pec major, minor, upper traps, etc performing lat pulldowns behind the head/neck..ouch!
