Brian Justin Rick Kaselj IMG 3017 300x225 Highlights of the BC CSEP AGM at UFVIt was a Friday night and I was out for a hot night of presenting.

Before I headed off to present, I had to get my hair cut.  It is amazing how different you look after a hair cut, especially when your last hair cut was three months ago.

Back to my hot night of presenting.

I was off to present at the British Columbia (BC) chapter of the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologist (CSEP) Annual General Meeting (AGM).

If you look to the left you can see Brian Justin and myself at the BC CSEP AGM.

The AGM was at the University of Fraser Valley (UFV) in Abbotsford, BC.  It was nice to have an event out in my neck of the woods.  Well very close to me in Surrey.
