I have post-concussion syndrome and have had it for 9 months so far. I hurt myself running and hitting my head. Not knowing I had a concussion I ran a marathon 3 weeks later which really sealed my fate. I have tried to go back to the gym a couple of times but it always ends badly so am stuck with a short walk and have just recently set up my road bike on a wind trainer just to get the heart pumping ...a little but not too much. This is certainly something that I wouldn't wish on anyone and find it frustrating at the lack of knowledge out there.
