3 Common Mistakes That People Make When Doing Ab Training

Hey, I hope you are having a great Saturday.

I wanted to share a story with you that happened in Miami.

After a long day of fitness meetings, a number of us headed down to the hotel bar. I ordered Ricktini which I am famous for.


While I was enjoying my Ricktini and chatting with other fitness professionals from the group, I noticed a fellow in the corner who was part of the group but I only recognized his face. I didn’t know his name and I hadn’t been formally introduced to him yet. I noticed he had a drink and was surrounded by three very good looking Miami women. It looked like they had a good conversation and a fun time.

After a few minutes, I looked at the mystery fitness professional guy and his new friends again. Next thing I noticed, the women were pulling up his shirt and touching his abdominal area. I laughed to myself and continued chatting with my colleagues.

Later in the evening, I got the chance to introduce myself to the mystery fitness professional. I found out that his name is Eric Allen and he’s an underwear model. I asked him what he was talking about with his three new lady friends. He told me that they discussed ab training and what he does in order to have abs all year round. We ended up talking about ab training and he shared with me the three common mistakes that people make when doing ab training.
