Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome – September 2011
This program helps with a very common running injury, patellofemoral pain syndrome. This is a big problem for runners but also a big problem for those with knee pain. They will go to their doctor and be given this diagnosis. Often times they are recommended to stretch but that is not effective. Fix My Tight Hip Flexors
