City of Surrey personal trainer, Rick Kaselj, will be headlining a fitness education event in Regina, Saskatchewan on May 2 and 3. Rick Kaselj will be presenting to the members of the Saskatchewan Kinesiology and Exercise Science Association (SKESA) at their Annual Education Day & AGM which will be taking place at the University of Regina. The SKESA members have asked Rick to come out and talk about how to effectively and quickly perform a postural assessment on your client and the best exercises to improve your client’s posture. Rick will be presenting his popular fitness education course called, Postural Assessment & Exercise Prescription. Initial expectations are over 50 attendees for this event. See you there!
