5 Exercises to Destroy Stubborn Back Fat

What’s going on everyone!

This is Mike Zhang from Mike Zhang Fitness. Today we are going to workout for 10 minutes only but this is going to be a tough workout.

There are 5 different exercises for 45 seconds each with 15 seconds break.

10 Minute Stubborn Back Fat Destroyer

#1 – Burpee Ball Slam

Begin in a standing position in front of the ball. Move down and get into burpee, then return back to start position and slam the ball on the floor. Repeat the movement.

#2 – Kettlebell Swing

Begin in a standing position and grab the kettlebell on both hands. Bend through the hips, then swing the kettlebell from between the knees up to shoulder height.

#3 – Band Pull Back

Begin in a standing position and grab the band on both hands. Pull your arms back, return back to start position and repeat the movement.

#4 – Bend Over Row

Begin in a standing position. Bend through the hip and grab the kettlebell on one hand, then do the rowing movement.

#5 – Superman / Superwoman

Lie on your stomach. Lift your both arms as you lift both legs. Return back to start position and repeat the movement.

This metabolic workout works in a way where you should push yourself for a short period of time. This is a tough workout but it is a lot better than walking for 45 minutes where it can kill your fat burning hormones and slow down your metabolism.

This workout increases your metabolism, launch your fat burning hormones and can burn your fats 24/7 and help you to get into good sleep after you’ve done this workout.

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with a 15-second transition phase/rest. In between sets you can rest for one minute.
