When you have plantar fasciitis, it can be a struggle to find activities that don’t aggravate your pain. Normal day-to-day activities may not come easily when you are suffering from plantar fasciitis. It can be a challenge to find plantar fasciitis and exercises that do not hurt your feet. However, there are some exercises that can help to relieve some of the symptoms and reduce your risk of developing chronic plantar fasciitis. This course will stretch out your calf muscles and help to strengthen them at the same time. This will ease the pressure on your plantar fascia and hopefully reduce or eliminate any pain you are feeling in your heels or arches.
