I’ve been to the Live2Play Fitness facility in Cloverdale, British Columbia, and have learned about their intriguing course offerings. Everyone is welcome because there are numerous programs available for both children and adults of all ages. They can take classes in personal training. If you don’t want to put too much emphasis on yourself, they also offer group fitness courses, Bootcamp fitness programs, and other kinds of sessions that are tailored to your needs.
Yoga classes are available at Live2Play Fitness, along with pretty much everything else. You merely need to go to their place and let them know what you’re looking for. Why Work When You Could Live to Play, as their tagline puts it.
You can find all sorts of fitness training courses here if you’re a fitness instructor. If you’re new and looking for continuing education courses or classes, or if you’re from Cloverdale and looking for a gym to work out at, you should definitely check out Live2Play Fitness.
I captured some images and videos for you and had the opportunity to speak with Kim Bond and Clare Materi, the studio’s owners. Additionally, they were able to introduce us to Ripped, a brand-new exercise regimen they’ve implemented at their facility. Watch it now.
Ripped Program
Their new program, Ripped, has just been released in Canada after receiving an excellent certification just a week ago. It’s a combination of resistance training, interval training, power training, endurance, a little bit of mixed martial arts, and a little bit about diet, all of which are rolled into one unique one-hour class. That should be pretty cool, not to mention a body shock. I was only kidding!
Either way, you’re getting the benefit of it whether you do it inside or outside the gym. Ripped is certainly a great option for the winter program.
Many individuals also inquire about the boot camp exercise which is performed outside the class in order to get more fresh air. These are for people who want to exercise outside, perhaps in the rain or the sun. However, the majority of individuals don’t want to participate in any of these programs outside in the rain. Because Live2Play Fitness have incorporated games, it’s also a team-oriented activity that allows participants to develop their leadership abilities. As a result, you both get in shape while dragging your companion along with you.
You can find out more information about Live2Play Fitness Studio’s Ripped class, boot camp, and studio by visiting their page.
Having spoken with them, I’ve gained knowledge of more recent and exciting services they are providing not just to their own gym studio but to the fitness industry as well.
Keep an eye out for more updates on this, as I will be releasing them soon. Thank you for reading and viewing. More interviews and exercises of mine will be available in the coming weeks.
So until then,
Rick Kaselj, MS
