Thanksgiving is a time to come together with family and friends and give thanks for all we have. It’s also a time to eat, drink, and be merry.
Thanking for feedback is just as important as asking for it. It’s often the part that people struggle with the most. Nobody likes hearing negative things about themselves, but if you want to grow and develop as a person, you need to listen to those things. At the same time, it’s grateful to acknowledge the person who has given you feedback and let them know that you appreciate their honesty. Doing so will make it much easier for them to come forward with feedback in the future.
I hope you are doing well. Family vacations can be hectic, and those of us who are separated from our loved ones may find the holidays especially difficult. I want to take this opportunity to let you know that you are appreciated.

I learned so much more from your feedback. So, thank you for taking the time.
