Freaky Friday

Freaky Friday

Everyone loves a good old-fashioned “Freaky Friday” moment in their digital life. That moment when you try something new, discover something cool, and end up somewhere unexpected. If you’re reading this, we assume you’ve also had one of those moments with our blog. But just as fun as discovering new things is sharing them with others. We value your opinion and would love to hear from you!

Discovering new things, especially if you can share them with others, is essential to progress. Not only does this help advance our understanding of the world and how we fit into it, but it also inspires others to follow in your footsteps.  A passion for something shows that you’re interested in learning more about the world and possibly taking action to help make it a better place. While sharing what you’ve learned can be rewarding in and of itself, it can also be an important way to connect with other people who are also passionate about learning. Knowing someone with similar interests can help you stay motivated and inspired. Connecting with people who share your passions can allow you to learn from their experiences. Ultimately, discovering new things is one of the best ways to grow as a person. Attending classes regularly is an excellent way to meet new people and build friendships. It can also help you cultivate a passion for something so that you’re more likely to keep going when times get tough.

Let us know what you think. If you have any questions or comments, or if you want to stay updated on future posts, please send us an email at support@ExercisesForInjuries.com. We look forward to hearing from you!

Let’s start off with “Thanking You” for all the Happy Birthday Wishes!

All the birthday wishes have been amazing!

I think I got about 150 on Facebook.

Freaky Friday Feedback on Muscle Imbalances Revealed

Muscle Imbalances Revealed has been very popular this week!

Jeff Cubos, a chiropractor from Calgary, had a lot of kind things to say in his blog post:

Jeff had a lot of nice things to say about Muscle Imbalances Revealed (or MIR, as I call it).  For example calling it “comprehensive.”

Even Tony Gentilcore had a few things to say about MIR.

Then one more person, Bedros Keuilian.

Bedros said this about me more than Muscle Imbalances Revealed, which is very kind:

“The entire industry looks at Rick Kaselj as the “muscle imbalance solution” expert and that’s because he speaks on the subject and has written and published more info on it than anyone else.”

Here is a fun photo of Bedros and me in Las Vegas, after I did my presentation.

I think that is it for right now.

Thanks for reading, and I will talk to you soon.
