Muscle Imbalances Revealed Anniversary

Lets Celebrate

Imbalanced muscles are common and can lead to problems in the long run. They’re also very easy to get, especially for people who work out often.

What is a muscle imbalances? It’s when one side of your body is stronger than the other. Let’s take an example: You have strong quadriceps in your right leg, which means that they are much more developed than your left one. The imbalance will lead to your right knee bearing more weight and being overstretched, which can lead to injuries such as strains or tears in the long run.

Yesterday, my three-and-a-half-year-old went to a dance party.

Yes, a dance party. He invited my wife and me to come.

I know what I was doing when I was three and a half.  I was eating dirt and playing in the sand, but my son was going to a dance party.

How things have changed. It was adorable to see eight kids dancing around in the backyard to Mini Pops, singing songs that I used to dance to at the nightclub.

The dance party got me thinking about celebrating.
