3 No BS Strength Videos

No-BS strength is a term used to describe exercises that are easy to perform yet offer great strength and muscle development.

Morning, I got some no-BS strength videos for you today. Yesterday was an incredible day playing in the snow with the kids. It is amazing how many times they can slide down a hill, the thousands of ways a 3, and 6-year-old can go down a hill.

Okay, let us get to the videos. incredibly

Here is the first video for you:

1. How to do a Kettlebell Bent Press

This exercise will strengthen your shoulders and arms and increase flexibility in your chest and shoulders. It targets the deltoids, biceps, and triceps. It also improves posture by strengthening the muscles weakened by poor posture.

The kettlebell bent press strengthens your shoulders by increasing the load during the upward and downward motions.

Please note: Since this exercise requires you to bend over at the waist, this is not advisable for people with back problems.

It is from Logan Christopher. Logan does a lot of crazy strength stuff like juggling flaming kettlebells.

2. Simple Hip Stabilization Drill

This exercise will strengthen the muscles around your hips, thighs, and buttocks, which are critical for optimal mobility and injury prevention. Hip stabilization exercises also help improve your posture and reduce lower back pain by strengthening your glutes.

This second video is from Tyler Bramlett (He has been on EFI before). Tyler goes through a great, simple bodyweight exercise that you can use to activate your gluteus medius. Give this a go. You can do it right now.

3. Handstand Walks for Shoulder and Core Strength

Handstand walks are a great plyometric exercise that challenges both your shoulders and your core and is one of the best workouts you can do for shoulder strength and mobility.

They are especially beneficial for those who work at a desk all day and spend long hours hunched over a computer. Handstand walks also strengthen your core and improve shoulder mobility, making them a great exercise if you suffer from shoulder pain.

This video is from Travis Stoetzel (He has also been on EFI before). In this video, Travis goes through the steps of doing handstand walks. This one is an advanced bodyweight exercise.

Learn a great exercise from this. Walk up as high as you can on the wall. That is what I do. If you enjoyed watching these videos, you will probably like the No BS Strength Secrets Workshop. It is a full-day workshop they did a few weeks back where they detail various strength concepts and techniques.

Boring strength exercises? Not anymore! No-BS strength exercises are a great way to build strength and muscle while improving your posture. You don’t need special equipment to do them. Perform anywhere.

These exercises are especially crucial for people who are recovering from an injury or people who are just starting.
