Fun Stuff About Solutions for Knee Injuries

It’s never easy to lose your knee, but it’s much more difficult if you’ve been injured. Athletes are prone to knee injuries, which various things may bring on. Runners’ knees are a common problem for men and women alike.

Knee injuries may be avoided and treated at home so you can return to your active lifestyle as soon as possible! A ruptured ACL, joint knee ligament sprains, and more are covered here.

The Knee Structure

Between the thigh bone (femur) and the shin bone (tibia), the knee is a hinge joint (tibia and fibula). In the tibia’s shallow cup, the femur’s end sits on a thick layer of cartilage that cushions it. Straightening the leg is accomplished by contracting the quadriceps, whereas bending it at the knee is achieved by employing the hamstrings.

The patella, or kneecap, rests in a groove at the lower end of the femur near the front of the knee joint. Connective tissue holds the bones in place. Additional cartilage between the knee joints strengthens the joint. Synovial fluid lubricates and protects the joint in a vital capsule covered with a membrane. Bursae, or fluid-filled capsules, provide additional cushioning.

I am very proud of Knee Injury Solution.

After 11 webinars, three manuals, and numerous books, I am getting closer to what fitness professionals look for regarding exercises and injuries.

I have made some mistakes and received great feedback from thousands of health and fitness professionals on how I can improve my programs. With Knee Injury Solution, I feel that I am there.

Fun Stuff #1 – Video of the Exercises

The number one feedback from trainers, coaches, and therapists was that they wanted videos of the exercises.

In the past, I would write things out and talk about them in my video presentation. People also want to see the exercises being done.

I have started to do this. Sometimes I don’t do the exercises right, or they are too advanced for me, but I hope people see that I am not perfect and have lots of room to improve. I know having me or someone else goes through the exercise will help people out.

Fun Stuff #2 – Hottest Day of the Year

I decided not to do the videos myself for the 9 Exercises a Day Keeps Knee Pain Away and 10 Minutes to Stronger Knees workouts.I got a local female soccer player to help me out.

We filmed her doing the exercises during the summer. Of course, we picked the hottest day of the year.

She was a trooper, but she went through 4 liters of water before we knew it.

We had to head into the shade to finish the rest of the exercises.

It was great to take the exercises outside and show people they can be done anywhere.

It was also great to have a female go through the exercise so that you can see how she does them and how her body reacts to fatigue.

Fun Stuff #3 – A Guide to Refer To

Other feedback I received was that people like something they can print out and quickly refer to.

Using photographs, descriptions, and a few specifics, I’ve developed a fast reference guide to help folks remember what exercises to perform and how to execute them. I created a little guide with photos, descriptions, and a few details that people can refer to quickly to remind them of the exercises and what to do. If they want more pieces, they can watch the video. They may see the video for more bits if they so choose.

That’s all, I suppose.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me and tell me what you think of my work.

Because of the Knee Injury Solution, I am closer to developing the product.

And I’ll chat to you shortly. Take care!
