Dr. Erica Volk
Dr. Erica Volk is a board-certified, licensed naturopathic doctor who draws from the best of science and traditional medicine to offer minimally-invasive natural therapies that treat the root causes of disease.
Her mission in life is to help her patients thrive on all levels of mental, physical and spiritual health. She loves to educate and empower her patients to be their own best advocates. While she welcomes everyone into her practice, her special interests include digestive complaints, hormonal imbalances, geriatrics, autoimmune disease, mood disorders, allergies, fatigue, insomnia, and pediatrics. This includes treating individuals with neurodevelopmental challenges.
Dr. Volk completed her training in Portland, Oregon at the National University of Natural Medicine, where her training included cardiopulmonary medicine, environmental medicine, gastrointestinal health, addictions, pediatrics, transgender medicine, women’s health, mental health, and intravenous nutrient therapy. She has completed advanced training in classical homeopathy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and biomedical interventions for children with special needs.
Dr. Volk is a member of the British Columbia Naturopathic Association (BCNA) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). She practices in her beautiful hometown of Kelowna, British Columbia. In her spare time, she enjoys tap dancing, hiking, yoga, cross-country skiing, reading, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and being a “crazy auntie” to her nephew and three nieces.
