Rebecca Stanley

Rebecca (Becca) Stanley grew up as a competitive figure skater and softball player despite receiving a diagnosis of a hereditary connective tissue disorder.

Rebecca’s health complications along with her fascination with human kinetics led her to explore a wide range of topics in the field of health and wellness education. It started off with a diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion and led to certifications in both Massage Therapy and Nutritional Therapy.

Rebecca has taught a wide range of sports around the world for the last twenty years and is a Certified E-YRT 500 Yoga Teacher, certified YACEP (Continuing Education Provider for yoga teachers) and holds high level teaching certifications in both competitive figure skating and downhill skiing.

Rebecca’s goal and passion has been teaching and studying movement, injury prevention and using a holistic approach to rehabilitation as well as providing others with tools to cope with chronic pain, injury and/or Illness. Rebecca lives in Southern Okanagan BC Canada with her husband and two children.
