Dr. Erica Volk
Dr. Erica Volk is a board-certified licensed naturopathic doctor who draws from the best of science and traditional medicine and offers minimally invasive natural therapies that treat the root cause of disease. Her mission in life is to help her patients thrive on all levels–mental, physical, and spiritual–and she loves to educate and empower her patients to be their own best advocates. While she welcomes everyone into her practice, her special interests include digestive complaints, hormonal imbalance, geriatrics, autoimmune disease, mood disorders, allergies, fatigue, insomnia, and pediatrics, including folks with neurodevelopmental challenges. She completed her training in Portland, Oregon at the National University of Natural Medicine where her training included cardiopulmonary medicine, environmental medicine, gastrointestinal health, addictions, pediatrics, transgender medicine, women’s health, mental health, and intravenous nutrient therapy. She has completed advanced training in classical homeopathy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and biomedical interventions for children with special needs. She is a member of the British Columbia Naturopathic Association (BCNA) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). Dr. Volk practices in her beautiful hometown of Kelowna, British Columbia. In her spare time, she enjoys tap dancing, hiking, yoga, cross-country skiing, reading, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and being a “crazy auntie” to her three nieces and nephew.
