Paul has been a passionate educator for over 30 years, focused primarily in the fields of Psychology, Leadership and Physical Education. He has also coached for over 40 years at High School, College, and Provincial levels.

Paul combines his knowledge and experience teaching, coaching, and traveling in his role as the current President and Master Advisor at Growth-U. Growth-U empowers members worldwide to create transformative and lasting growth in their health, relationships, finances, career, communication, influence, energy, and mindset.

Personally, Paul has been married to Physiotherapist and fellow EFI Contributor, Denise Mend, for over 29 years. Together they raised their two now grown awesome humans. As a family, the Mends love to stay active, spending their free time playing volleyball, biking, swimming, playing disc golf, skiing, stand-up paddle boarding, and running.
