What to Do When Food Inflames Your Body

0

Filed Under (Food, General) by Rick Kaselj

For the last three days I have been in Texas at a mastermind meeting.

Since most of us were from out of town, the locals of the group showed us true Texas hospitality.

Texas hospitality involves:

  • huge amounts of meat
  • mystery sauces
  • deep fried things
  • doughnuts
  • barbecue
  • beverages with Tito’s

Here is one thing I tried:

It is a doughnut burger from Gourdough’s Public House.

Yes, a 3/4 pound meat patty with a doughnut as a bun with some mysterious sauce on it.

I have never seen anything like this!

I have never eaten anything like this!

So, now you know why I feel sick.

Along with feeling sick, I did not want to get out of bed this morning, my muscles were sore and my knees were achier than they have been in months.

All of it has to do with that crazy burger.

The burger filled my belly but it also filled my body with foods that inflamed it and my body let me know about it.

So today, as I work my way from Texas back to Vancouver I have been eating foods at the airport and asking the airline stewardess for foods to help reverse the inflammation going on in my body.

It has not been hard especially since I have the 101 Superfoods That Fight Pain & Inflammation guide on my computer.

In the 101 Superfoods That Fight Pain & Inflammation Guide, I focused on eating foods 1, 6, 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 18 and 23.

In doing so I was feeling better as the day went on.

Plus I referred to the 101 Natural Remedies for Pain Relief Guide to help with my muscles stiffness. I did 3, 9, 11, 13, 14, 19, 20. 21, 23 and 44 to help with that.

Now just a reminder, today is the last day that you get the 101 Superfoods That Fight Pain & Inflammation guide for $9.

If you get it today, you will also get 101 Natural Remedies for Pain Relief for FREE.

Yes, FREE.

I usually sell it for $19.
