I get many questions about knee injuries, and I have been very interested in knee injuries since I flared up my knee a few weeks ago.

I very much like Bill’s approach. It empowers individuals to control their knee pain by focusing on five components.
I learned a lot from our interview and his book, especially regarding bone-on-bone knee pain.
I have begun introducing many of Bill’s concepts into what I do with people with bone-on-bone knee pain.
