When you have plantar fasciitis, it can be a struggle to find activities that don’t aggravate your pain. Normal day-to-day activities may not come easily when you are suffering from plantar fasciitis. It can be a challenge to find plantar fasciitis and exercises that do not hurt your feet. However, there are some exercises that can help to relieve some of the symptoms and reduce your risk of developing chronic plantar fasciitis. This course will stretch out your calf muscles and help to strengthen them at the same time. This will ease the pressure on your plantar fascia and hopefully reduce or eliminate any pain you are feeling in your heels or arches.
Many times fitness professionals focus only on the back when it comes to core stability. What is equally important is to look at the core stability of the hip. In this webinar, fitness professionals will learn a progressive exercise program that they can use with their personal trainer and group fitness clients in order to improve the core stability in their hip in order to prevent and recover from back, hip, and knee injuries.
