I wanted to go through one thing to do if you have wrist pain when doing a push-up.

1# – Regular Push-up
A lot of times people go through the push up movement, and the push up movement ends up bothering their wrists.
A quick fix that you can do if you are using a mat, is just roll up the end of the mat in order to give your hand something to grab on to, then you can go through that push up movement. This takes the stress off your wrists and make that push up comfortable.
#2 – Push-up (with rolled mat)
There you go! Give that a go if doing a push up on the mat ends up bothering your wrists.
