I very much like Bill’s approach.  It empowers individuals to control their knee pain by focusing on five components.
I learned a lot from our interview and his book, especially when it comes to bone-on-bone knee pain.
I have begun to introduce many of Bill’s concepts into what I do with people with bone-on-bone knee pain.
Thank you very much, Bill, for sharing what you have learned in your journey, from your research, and what has worked for the people you have helped that have knee pain.
