Regarding exercise and shoulder pain, what you don’t do is just as important as what you do. Not doing anything is often the best approach when relieving the stress and tension in your shoulders. It might seem counterintuitive, but staying still and letting go of the need to act or react can help reduce tension in your shoulders. This article covers how working out and shoulder pain isn’t a good mix, how to ease shoulder pain with exercise, and which exercises you should avoid if you have shoulder pain.
When you think of exercise, what comes to mind? Perhaps images of sweating at the gym or pounding away on an elliptical machine. So, you may not associate training with pain. But many people experience shoulder pain when they try to lift weights or do other types of exercise.
I have a project coming up and need examples of how what I do has helped you or one of your clients.
I need you to be specific.
In your response, can you include what I did that helped (product, video, article), what it helped (injury, shoulder, rotator cuff, muscle imbalances, getting pain-free, performance, etc.), and how it changed your life?
I will be choosing a winner with the best response and sending them the whole DVD set of Muscle Imbalances Revealed — yes, all 12 DVDs ($299 value) or if there is another product of mine you would like, I can give that to you instead as a thank you.
Plus, with every 25 replies, I will give another set away. packed

When it comes to exercise, many people think that it only needs to be done in a gym or should be only done for weight loss. They don’t realize how much exercise is beneficial to the body. The body uses energy to move and move around. If this energy is not used efficiently, it will accumulate in the muscles, leading to muscle tissue becoming overly developed and inflexible. When this happens, the forces won’t be able to work to support the joints and work to their full potential. This will lead to a decrease in performance and cause pain and inflammation of the joints.
With working out, many of us have some negative associations. We think of this as being painful and uncomfortable. But we often overlook the shoulder pain that could be an effect of poor technique. Yes, shoulder exercises can feel awful at first. You may even feel like quitting. The good news is that shoulder pain can be successfully treated by addressing the underlying issue.
I had a fantastic time in this interview, and I’m sure you will too. So, watch the video above so you can experience a pain-free shoulder.
