This is great info. I don’t think I have adrenal fatigue, but learned a lot and have a friend my same age that is overweight and eats sugar and diets continually never looses weight and wonders why, she craves sugar and doesn’t seem to be able to stop, she is 64. I am going to show her this video. Ps your exercise/ stretches helpme.
