In the spirit of co-existence, we’re extending to all our readers and blog followers a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from EFI! May you all be blessed with love, joy, peace, hope, and all the good things life offers. Our prayers also extend to those who may not be able to spend this wonderful season with their loved ones or those experiencing hardships during this period – they are in our thoughts and prayers at this time.
Hey! This is Rick Kaselj, the pain hacker.
Everyone has been so busy with Christmas activities, feasts, celebrations, and gift-giving that it is almost like a blur. But we set time aside for our EFI family the day before Christmas to have dinner together and share good cheer and some laughs.

I want to take a minute to thank you for an amazing 2015. It’s been an incredible year with so much happening when it comes to overcoming pain and injuries. It’s been great getting guidance from you regarding the interviews you want to see and the articles you want me to write. And it’s been great to get your feedback on what videos you like and what I should do to help you.
Now, I can’t wait for 2016. I know it’s going to be even more amazing than 2015. So here’s to thank you for everything you did for me in 2015. I can’t wait for 2016 and all the awesome stuff I have for you when it comes to living a pain-free life.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
Also, I wish you, your family, friends, and colleagues a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year, and an amazing holiday season. Make sure to take some time for yourself, reflect on how awesome 2015 was, and look forward to the highlights of 2016. Also, make sure you spend time with your family, enjoying them and the amazing holiday season.
The EFI Community
EFI is a community of people dedicated to reducing the impact of chronic pain and injuries on their lives. Without EFI, there would be no supplement industry and no natural medicine. EFI is all about the mind and empowering individuals suffering from pain and injuries to live life to the fullest.
EFI members work hard to educate the public on the benefits of supplementing their diet with quality hemp-based foods and oral solutions to improve their health and reduce pain and inflammation.
The Goal of EFI
The goal of EFI is to provide a viable path for those who are suffering from chronic pain to end their suffering and live a pain-free life.
So this is Rick Kaselj from exercisesforinjuries.com, the pain hacker, just thanking everyone for 2015 and looking forward to 2016. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from EFI. So thank you very much. Take care and bye-bye.
