NFBA conference in Seattle
I attended the NFBA conference in Seattle earlier this week, and I’m thrilled to be discussing what I’ve learned from Kettlebell. But first, let’s talk about what the NFBA is.
Fitness industry experts have joined forces to form the National Fitness Company Alliance (NFBA) in order to support one another’s business expansion efforts. This alliance is for those who wish to support their passion-based careers. It is for those who desire greater independence, family time, and financial security in their lives. And it’s for those seeking employment in a sector with countless options.
The National Fitness Business Alliance is an organization of firms and professionals in the fitness industry with the aim of making the fitness sector more successful and pleasurable. The NFBA thinks that by creating a vibrant and involved community, the industry may become one that is more lucrative, pleasant, and collaborative.
Tom Plummer delivered the keynote address during the conference. He assists gyms in achieving prosperity and success. Tom is the co-founder and president of the NFBA.
In the field of fitness, Thomas Plummer has more than 30 years of experience. More than 5,000 people attend his many presentations and seminars throughout the world each year. For more than a decade, Plummer’s six books on the fitness industry have sold the most copies.
He talked about consumer sophistication and kettlebells. Tom also said that customers are far larger than businesses and independent businesspeople like us.

Tom then visualized presenting a sizable piece of equipment to so many customers. Would we anticipate people exercising?
The whole consumer market only contains a minor portion of the fitness business. Customers have a wide range of goals, interests, and hobbies and come from all different living styles. We can divide customers into four groups: those trying to lose weight and get in shape; those interested in the functional advantages of kettlebells, and those who appreciate the challenge of advanced lifting activities.
As an example, let’s talk about kettlebells.

Kettlebells are composed of cast iron, making them incredibly strong and long-lasting. This makes them ideal for anyone looking to get in shape on a budget.
They’re also quite lightweight, so you won’t have to worry about hauling around big weights all day at work when you should be concentrating on your work instead (this is helpful for folks who have joint ailments or back trouble). Finally, in addition to helping you gain strength quickly, they can also aid in calorie burning when you engage in other activities like playing basketball or running errands around town as opposed to spending the entire day at home watching TV.
Those who are unfamiliar with kettlebells may view them as another fitness fad. In reality, people who are interested in exercise and health realize that kettlebells are a significant piece of equipment that helps them achieve incredible results in a short period of time. Women, in addition to men, may utilize kettlebells. A kettlebell workout shapes and tones your body in addition to providing you with a total-body workout.
